These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text messages sent by Sleep & CPAP Center. By providing your mobile number and actively agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to these terms.
1. SMS Program Description
Sleep & CPAP Center uses text messaging to provide appointment-related communications, including:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Scheduling and rescheduling information
- Cancellation confirmations
- Requests to confirm, change, or cancel an appointment
- Callback and office-assistance responses
- Other service-related information requested by the patient
SMS messages are not intended for emergencies or urgent medical concerns. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
You may opt in by entering your mobile number on a Sleep & CPAP Center form and actively selecting the SMS consent checkbox. You may also provide verbal or written consent directly to an authorized staff member.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided and authorize Sleep & CPAP Center to send appointment and scheduling-related text messages to that number.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care, treatment, services, or making a purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointments, scheduling activity, and interactions with our office.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s standard text messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent and received under this program.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed. No further automated text messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
To resume messages after opting out, reply START or contact our office.

7. Privacy and Mobile Information
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be provided to service providers solely as necessary to operate and support our messaging service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection requirements.

8. SMS Security and Availability
Standard SMS messages may not be encrypted. Please do not send sensitive medical information, insurance information, payment information, or other confidential details by text.
Message delivery is subject to wireless carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Sleep & CPAP Center and participating carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
